Mediquipt and Parkodex have decided to move forward together. To this end, Mediquipt has acquired 100% of the shares in Parkodex.
Both companies have concluded that joining forces is the best response to the growing challenge of remaining a valuable and specialized partner for hospitals in the field of gas outlets and medical equipment. Changing market conditions, including the introduction of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR), are making it increasingly difficult for small, specialized healthcare companies to continue offering a broad product portfolio and to ensure expertise, advice, and maintenance services. By combining their strengths, Mediquipt and Parkodex can better organize this for their customers.
