Marc is our internationally experienced CEO, who co-founded Dennendonck Investments in 2015. He
has over 20 years of CEO experience, including five years as CEO of Peapod (Ahold), nine years as
CEO of Mediq and six years as Managing Partner of Dennendonck Investments. His track record in
health care comes with an extensive international network in the USA and in 14 North-Western
European countries.

Roderick is our experienced CFO, who co-founded Dennendonck Investments in 2015. He has over 7
years of CFO experience, including 4 years at Prominent t year at MedEye, and currently over 2 years
at Crowd. In previous jobs he was business controller at Mediq and had management consulting roles at
PWC and Accenture.

Nicole is our experienced healthcare manager, who joined Dennendonck Investments in 2018
as operational partner at Urotex. She has over 25 years of experience as in healthcare, including
leadership roles at Mediq and Pluripharm. Prior to that she worked at Baxter Healthcare.

Xander is our experienced healthcare manager, who joined Dennendonck Investments in 2019 as
investment manager and operational partner. He currently leads the medical device company Medicare.
Previously Xander had general manager roles at APPO Group and Media as well as a supervisory board
membership at Health Innovations.

Jeroen is our experienced international investment expert Before joining Dennendonck in 2020 as an
investment manager, he has worked as an executive director at ABN-AMRO Participaties and at PGGM’s
Private Equity Team. Prior to that, Jeroen was a senior investment officer private equity at FMO.

Bob is our experienced investment associate, who joined Dennendonck Investments in 2018. He
supervises 3 Dennendonck portfolio companies. Bob has 5 years of international investment
experience, having completed internships at Partners Group Switzerland, GIMV, Rabobank New York,
and KPMG NL.
